This Privacy Policy describes how Dly ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Android application.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account in Dly, we collect:

First name and last name
Email address

This information is stored locally on your device only using a local database (Hive). It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera data, or any other device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

The name and email you provide are used solely to:

Display your profile within the app
Identify your account on the device

We do not use your personal information for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.

3. Advertising – Google AdMob

Dly displays advertisements served by AdMob by Google (admob.google.com). AdMob may collect and use data from your device — including advertising identifiers — to show relevant ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising by adjusting your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. In-App Purchases – Google Play

Dly offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information. All payment data is handled by Google in accordance with their Payments Privacy Notice.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except as described above (AdMob and Google Play, both operated by Google).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All data (name, email, tasks, preferences) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. We have no server-side copy of your data to delete.

7. Children's Privacy

Dly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's own security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secured.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
